7. Termination. Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Work completed prior to termination is billable. Unused prepaid amounts are refunded within 30 days.

1. Eligibility. CodeFrameSystems offers refunds in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law and EU directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
2. Pre-Contract Withdrawal. If you cancel a service agreement before work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment, as per your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
3. Partial Refunds. For projects with milestone-based payments, completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. Unpaid future milestones are cancelled upon termination. Deposits for unstarted work are refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items. Custom domain registrations, third-party license fees, stock assets, and completed design/development work that has been delivered and approved are non-refundable.

6. Disputes. If a refund request is disputed, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies under Spanish jurisdiction.
