6. Limitation of Liability. CodeFrameSystems' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid under the relevant service agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination. Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Work completed prior to termination is billable. Unused prepaid amounts are refunded within 30 days.

3. Partial Refunds. For projects with milestone-based payments, completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. Unpaid future milestones are cancelled upon termination. Deposits for unstarted work are refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items. Custom domain registrations, third-party license fees, stock assets, and completed design/development work that has been delivered and approved are non-refundable.

6. Disputes. If a refund request is disputed, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies under Spanish jurisdiction.
